PAYMENT POLICY

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Full payment is required at the time that the services are rendered. You will be responsible for paying for all legal and professional fees associated with collecting any unpaid balance. Respectfully we offer no refunds for services rendered. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance. If it is after hours, please leave a voice mail or send a text message. There is no additional charge for canceling an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

 

NO SHOW & LATE POLICY
If the doctor arrives for your scheduled appointment and your pet is not at the agreed-upon location, the doctor will wait for 15 minutes after which you will need to reschedule the appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

 

A “no show” is a client who has not canceled their pet’s appointment and then misses the scheduled appointment or is otherwise unavailable at the scheduled time. A “no show” fee of $160 will be charged. If you have already paid for services, we will not refund your payment but will agree to reschedule.

 

Valentine Veterinary Mobile Services, PLLC reserves the right to charge a “no show” fee to be paid in addition to the cost of your pet’s service.

We work in conjunction with your primary veterinarian to provide care for your pet.

We currently do not offer vaccination, bloodwork, radiology, surgical, or emergency services.
