Service Description
Welcome to the Valentine Veterinary family! We are honored by you trusting us with your pet’s care. Let’s work together with you to ensure your pet has a healthy and happy life! By booking this appointment, you agree to our payment/cancelation policy listed on our website. Please expect a trip fee of $35 and a physical exam fee of $50. An acupuncture treatment is $100. You may choose to pay in person at time of service or online at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time that the services are rendered. You will be responsible for paying for all legal and professional fees associated with collecting any unpaid balance. Respectfully we offer no refunds for services rendered. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance. If it is after hours, please leave a voice mail or send a text message. There is no additional charge for canceling an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. If the doctor arrives for your scheduled appointment and your pet is not at the agreed-upon location, the doctor will wait for 15 minutes after which you will need to reschedule the appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. A “no show” is a client who has not canceled their pet’s appointment and then misses the scheduled appointment or is otherwise unavailable at the scheduled time. A “no show” fee of $160 will be charged.
